I have a problem with sound Realtek ALC1200 (Asus P5Q) not work

Have you tried making a linux codec dump and patching the HDA kext with taruga's patch?
-> Although I think your codec is to new and will not be supported for a little while!!

kalyway 10.5.2 jast say "kernel panic!" during setup on P5Q-PRO mb. I've tryed with any keys but it's always in panic.

Please help! I've tryed ALC888 and ALC889a it's not work too and other. Does anybody have the same motherboard (ASUS P5Q-PRO) and solve this problem?

only Leo4ALL v2 works and JAS with my P5Q-PRO (BIOS P5Q_PRO_1004_Modded_by_BiTRiP)

nor ALC882_0x1043e601.txt nor AzaliaAudio.pkg.zip nor alc889a.txt nor AppleHDA.kext.zip nor AppleHDAPatcherv1.20.zip nor ALC888Audio.mpkg.zip not works with alc1200.

установил iDeneb 10.5.5, нет звука. Звук - ALC1200, материнская плата ASUS P5Q PRO. Помогите пожалуйста!!

BTW... anyone get their LAN working with this mobo?

у меня также не работает сеть, ставил драйвера от attansic l1, они ставятся и в свойствах системы появляется соединение по локальной сети, но сеть все же не работает.

I could not get the network card working but thankfully I've had a spare realtek card laying around so no problems there.

As for the sound, only playback is supported but it's better than nothing.
