It is with great sadness that we announce that Anthony Muoio, a.k.a Prawker; Friend and valued member of this community has passed away from cancer. He was 17.

He had been ill for some time, and although he had multiple surgeries to treat the rare CASTLE cancer, and was declared cancer-free in december it returned, and yesterday morning the battle was finally lost.

He will be sorely missed by us all here at InsanelyMac, and our thoughts go out to his family and all those who knew him in person.

Goodbye, Prawker, you were taken from us far too soon.

I never got to thank him for the times he helped me out over IRC. Although I didnt really know him, what I do know is that he was a great active member of this community and will be sorely missed.

Prawker and I got along so well on IRC.

I have no idea who he was. The first time I ever saw the name Prawker was in the title of this thread. News like this makes me very sad nevertheless. Life is the most precious thing we have and it's a tragedy when it's snatched away at such a young age. May God grant his soul eternal joy and happiness, and may He comfort Prawker's family and friends who must be devastated. For those here who knew him, please accept my condolences.

the passing of prawker truly brought a tear to my eyes :'(

PRocker became known as Prawker from Colonels always teasing and having fun with his nick i spent many, many hours talking with prawker and really consider him a friend. i helped him with all his hacks and in return he helped others, from guides, to replies on the forums and with one on one help on irc. Prawker was a true member of the community, one that is very hard to lose.

i miss him already and hope the best for his family and friends

I was pretty close friends with him, we talked a lot. If anyone wants more info about him, he was born on April 1st, 1991, he went to Garden City High School, and his last message on Facebook was
"I've been going swimming every day this week. Maybe I'll go again today?lol"

I'm a bit older than him but I still feel this sadness in my head knowing one of my InsanelyMac partner is passed away...
