I dont know this is the right place to ask my question, I am new to OSX, I brought a new Macbook with latest version of Mac OSX. How can I enable 3D Mac effects like 3D cube windows etc.

Um... I hate to tell you but those aren't enableable things. They are created by installation of programs that affect the applications. Desktop Manager (at least the version I used) let you switch between multiple desktops via a cube effect. I have never heard of that happening to individual windows unless they were windows of a rather popular program called Quicksilver.

That, at least, is my understanding of the situation.

You'll need to install Linux to get those effects I'm afraid.

I must say Desktop Manager is working great in Leopard.

Cube effect is great.Well all the effects are.

For a 5 year old PPC app this works really good.

Did linux have this 5 years ago??

Great stuff.
