I'm trying to send a PM but there is this error : 

1) You must enter a message larger than 3 characters.

2) This personal message has not been sent

Well the PM your trying to send does not have more than 3 characters. That is why the PM isn't being sent.

Hmm all I can suggest is that you check your browser. What Browser and OS are you using? Have you tried to clear Cached Data and Cookies etc.

Hi Firefox is bettter than Opera. Now it's OK.
