New users should take an IQ test, but the HCL needs to be updated, or atleast cleared of the clutter.

Completely agree! Whoever is maintaining it is doing a piss poor job. It is almost worthless right now...

The wiki HCL is a collaborative effort, so volunteers need look no further, but head right on in & get to it.
We *did* have a wiki team to keep it up-to-date, but for various reasons it fell apart & had to be disbanded.. There have been discussions to find a "new, improved" HCL solution, but with the speed things happen around here...
Although a hug is always welcome, I *still* feel there is no exuse for "will this pc work?".
