I just recieved this page when I opened firefox this morning:

How severe is this, or is it like it says just a warning. Also could anything happen as a result of this?

well, they gave you the reasons why they sent you this email... hopefully you have your wireless connection unsecured so maybe somebody just connected and started using your internet to do crazy things..
