Hi. I have Windows XP, Kalyway Leopard 10.5.2 and ubuntu. I've been trying to add Kalyway into the GRUB menu and have given up trying without help. I'm currently stuck at Chain Booting Error after I select the Mac OS X Leopard option. I NEED help as I've been trying for a week. Any help appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

BTW, I posted this same EXACT thing a week ago on the ubuntu forums and if someone can help me here I'll donate them $5 via PayPal.

ubuntu Forums post

EDIT: If possible, can someone get me a step by step guide? If so, the donation goes up to $10. If necessary, I can re-install Leopard because I can back up important files (I can access the HD via ubuntu.

EDIT 2: I ended up with it so when I select Leopard from the Boot Menu, nothing happens and the menu still stays there. Please someone help.

I installed OSX 10.5.2 Kalway with no problem along side Ubuntu with no Windows at all.

I use GRUB with PC_EFI to dual boot, some info here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...=85508&st=0

I also suggest you get a hold of Ubuntu Live CD before you install the OSX - as the install might write over your MBR thus no GRUB - thus only OSX and no Ubuntu - using the live cd you can rewrite the old grub records easily , PM me if you need more info on doing that

My Kalway install did not change my MBR so i didnt need the Ubuntu cd. just booted into ubuntu and edited my /boot/grub/menu.lst

Hope this is enough info. I'll be more specific if needed
