I am trying to quad boot XP, Vista, Ubuntu, and iATKOS Leopard 10.5.4 (Ubuntu on external hard drive), but after properly installing iATKOS then flagging the partition, I can't boot into XP, Vista, or Ubuntu from the Vista bootloader (must get into XP to finish the process before checking to see if iATKOS works). For each of those three, the main boot files are corrupted or missing. What can I do in order to get XP, Vista, and Ubuntu working again, thus then being able to get iATKOS to work without having to reinstall everything all over (I've reinstalled everything over twice already). Keep in mind that when I start the process of getting iATKOS 10.5.4 to work, I'm actually replacing iATKOS 10.5.1. Any help is appreciated, and I thank you for your time.

Since your Ubuntu is an Ext Drive you are actually Triple booting
As for the problem the easiest thing to do is to download this burn on Cd run and restore the corrected boot.ini.
