It's been a year having problem with my nic (broadcom 5787M) on my Acer Aspire 4310...A few months ago i read about usb to lan ethernet adapter as a solution for the said problem. I have asked many computer stores in our City but unfortunately non..Mostly were wifi usb dongle available in the Stores..So, i tried my luck travel to another City about 4 hours by bus and luckily after 3 Dept. Stores i visited the last one answers my question...I bought the usb to lan ethernet adapter (admtek 0x8515/0x07a6) costs about 1,900 Php (Philippines Peso) about 45 USD; sounds very costly for a single and small device but i am so happy to have solved the problem. Now i am running at full speed internet without any problem..I can tell it works flawlessly...by the way i am now using iatkos v4i 10.5.4 works fine and only problem is time machine failed when i back-up my installation...i used the usbpegasusethernet driver for my ADMTek 8515...(just needs a little edit and Voila!!!!)Long live Hackintosh..Thanks for everyone making this impossible> possible to happen!!!
