Now the Point is I found a really nice zfs package there, and installed it. The people who already used zfs in Solaris or other Unix' should know the tools "zfs" and "zpool".
With this tools you can create format your disks to zfs and create mirrors or pools.
Until now we are able to Read/Write to zfs dataspaces, we can use it for apps like iTunes and so on.
But we are not able to boot from.
A quick reference about zfs is here: http://zfs.macosforge.org/trac/wiki/whatis
I've made a Script to install zfs easily.
Download here: http://tinyurl.com/6c8gl3
Or original Page without Installer: http://zfs.macosforge.org
CODE
ZFS for Leopard

Script by Thrawnhex
--- Installation ---
1. Unpack the .zip in /
2. Run the Script "install_zfs"
3. If you see no errors the installation was successful.
4. Reboot.
--- Hints ---
Disk Utility currently does not support Zettabyte File System. To create/erase disks, mirrors or pools you have to use zpool or zfs tool from this package. Look here to get the party started: http://zfs.macosforge.org/trac/wiki/get_the_party_started
