Hello! I've been running Kalyway on my PC with no problems on a ASUS board, but when I tried to install it on my step-moms computer which is a KV8 Pro... She originally had a wireless card which couldn't be detected, so I figured I should try just Ethernet to see if I could get ANYTHING working... So far I can't get anything detected in the PCI slots, including sound cards... The video card (which I think is AGP) Is detected though... Wierd :/... I have been literally trolling these forums to get this problem solved!
So far:
The Via Rhine Drivers won't detect my Ethernet... regardless of en0 or en1 :/

I do have on-board LAN enabled in BIOS... But Ethernet is the only thing that won't work!

I don't have much experience in Mac OSX, but I do in Linux and Windows... I have never had this kind of problem ><! I am very good with computers and can provide any further computer specs... As far as I know about my step moms computer:
Motherboard: KV8 Pro
Processor: AMD
Video Card: Nvidia (5200?)
Ethernet: On-Board
Audio: On-Board

1st time insanelymac poster be nice plz =)

Any suggestions?

Edit: Kalyway 10.5.2

Unfortunately no Mac OS X (Intel) driver for VIA Velocity family exists at the moment. sad.gif
