Intel PRO/100 VE NIC"could not open the communication device"

HP DV 2148TX with Intel PRO/100 VE NIC .....
i've try this ...."http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=14840&st=100" works just one time,after reboot ,OSX keeps telling me "could not open the communication device".

there is ethernet port shown in system preference

please somebody help me......please !
