I've had my mighty mouse for a few weeks now, but recently I've been having problems with it and I know it has to do with OS X. Whenever I have it plugged in and just lay my fingers on it (not pressing or anything) it triggers the side buttons, created that CLICK noise, rapidly. It does this constantly until I lift my fingers off both sides of the touch sensitive area on the mouse.

This problem just arose from the other day, I had the mouse plugged into my computer and the battery died (wasn't paying attention). Ever since then it's been doing this. Is there anything I can do to try and fix this?I've tried plugging it into other computers and even in a windows XP computer and it doesn't cause the mouse to do anything similar.

I have had this issue. Unplugging and plugging it back fixed it for me.
