After another install whereby i selected no additional wifi kexts, i finally got mi ASUS PCI wifi card up and running. Here's how i did it!

Clean install,

Used the broadcom 43xx enabler. sh script.

Removed my pic wifi card

Reseated it in a different PCI slot

And there you have it ! Hope it lasts

Hi again,

Love OSX , beginning to hate my network adaptor though... After many re installs and rooting about with my wireless pci card i am still having issues. My card is detected and i am able to connect to my wireless router, but the speed is painfully slow. I am using DHCP settings automatically allocated, by os x, cannot seem to get it right though.

BTW I am using the bcm43xx_enabler.sh to get the card to be recognized.

My asus notebook connects without any problems.... any ideas?

I have included some ping results below.

Help please
