So i have a fileserver based off an old pb g4, it has 3 external usb hdds, and does what it needs too pretty well. All my computers run os x, and for the most part leopard, and sharing with those computers is very easy. But i have a new roommate now who has a pc, and i cant figure out how to share something besides my home folder with a PC. So if anyone knows how i can access my 3 usb hdds from the network with a PC i would be very grateful.

thanks
ian

both have good info on modifying the smb.conf file in your etc folder, i used a bit from both, and got everything working with host restrictions. however this is for tiger and it appears that the process for sharing something besides a home folder on leopard is more involved than just modifying the config file.
