Heh... I have those icons too. They're very nice. I like dark icons, walls, the graphite theme, and subdued off whites in my windows. Makes it easy on the eyes when you spend extended time in front of a computer. I used to use the Blend icon set until I found the current ones.

That app is called bytecontroller. It has other skins for the buttons as well. It's a nice little app for just controlling the music in itunes. Those icons were the fruits of spending a day scouring the interwebs for icons that would match Leopardesque wallpapers. Some of them are from sites like interfacelift and iconfactory, and others are from deviantart. A few (like the firefox icon) i modded to match the color scheme.

pcwiz, i have the same set and it's called "black gloss." I think i found it on interfacelift or icon factory.
