I am using an AEI USB LAN Adapter which is based on the ADMtek ADM8511 LAN chip, so I installed the USBPegasusEthernet kext from the sustworks.com website which has been spread round this site. It installed fine without any problems or kernel panics, which is a good thing.
Starting with my problems..firstly, when I boot up my Kalyway system in verbose mode there are lines which say:
Can't determine dependencies for com.dsumorok.driver.USBPegasusEthernet.
Couldn't alloc class USBPegasusEthernet
This is easily cured though by reinserting the adapter while still booting in verbose mode, as it eventually gets detected. Once i'm in Leopard and check Network Preferences, it will appear to be fine for a little while (less than a minute

I also have 2 other ethernet cards connected but both do not work and aren't detected (one is a VIA Velocity Gigabit Onboard Ethernet which isn't supported by Mac and the other is a 3Com Etherlink XL PCI card (3C900-COMBO) which says something like "Apple3Com3c90x mapHardwareRegister failed" in verbose mode :S).
Kind regards,
