I just downloaded and tested it in my hackintosh, it works like a charm without hack, just install directly from the package and restart. I don't have not issue here.

No, It does not have MobileMe, this is really a beta version. I don't think is complete because it does not contain a new kernel, is only 55MB

Now, if I went to 10.5.4 delta, how would I upgrade to the final build of 10.5.4? Last time I upgraded to a 10.5.2 dev build, and had to wipe OS X just to bump it to the final build of 10.5.2...

oh I don't know about it. When the final version came out I will install over.
