Yes its working! Got a lot of stress and put kde4.1svn on the go!
Its really nice the applications and just that konqueror is not rendering the way it should and dolphin thinkin Apps is Directory (this probably is a feature that will be fixed for macs)
I will post results ouldn't build amarok yet, error during the make stage.

It's the same as OS X except for the icons(at least that's what I can tell from seeing the screenshots).

You can only run kde4 apps on OSX, its impossible to run KDE4 workspace on OSX.
