When I post, my postings are off by one hour. And also when I use the mark all topic read it only marks topic read upto those changed one hour ago.

EDIT:
I think your time might be off by one hour, try setting your timezone in Your Controls.

It suddenly happened today... always worked before. And timezone is set to the timezone I belong.

Confirmed Bug. I have also noticed this in my Profile. Oh how I wish the actual time was one hour behind and it was 11:43pm again
Anyway in reality: This bug will be fixed ASAP

Actually the users should report the timezones that they are having trouble with so that staff knows how to sort out the bugs

Well it's definitely a DST Issue with Summer Time. Please make sure that DST is not turned if you do not have DST in your own country

The DST is set correctly, I tried changing it and as expected the time is back with one hour (i.e. off by two hours). I am in GMT+1 time zone.
