I have recently installed leo4all v3 on my laptop, by default the everything works except the sound(alc268) and the network (broadcom57xx ), it's strange since it sees the broadcom 802.11g wireless card . i managed to make the sound work with Tortuga's ALC268_Installer2 .
The problem that i have is the broadcom57xx, i tryed this to make my network card work but it didn't worked . i connect to the internet threw a router(which is connected to a modem), might the router be the problem ?... how can i see if my network card is recognized ? if it is recognized and the internet wont work the the problem is the router(maybe) but i can tell you for sure that it works .

the only thing i haven't tried is the tutorial with the device id because i don't know how to get the device id and vendor id

i also have an acer 5315 but as much as i remember i could not find any working patch, maybe that's because i'm a noob, anyway send me a pm if you manage to make it work

ok, after i have searched a bit these forums i found something but i'm not sure, must i install windows to get the device id ? can't i find it another way because i don't really wanna format again
