Oh lord, the ridiculous visual effects are back. Who honestly uses those for more than 5 minutes before saying "yeah, that's cool" and shutting them all off? rolleyes.gif I wish the KDE team would focus on more important stuff that crap like trying to compete with Compiz. How's the stability? Better than 4.0 I'm guessing, ya?

I'm in the middle of setting up a Microsoft Deployment server for work, and don't have the time or hardware to test this out. Gimme's more pics!!! biggrin.gif

I agree they should focus on stability more and slowly add visual effects but I have heard some of these effects were being requested over and over. As far as I have checked, its way more stable than it was before, the first thing I usually disable when I load in to kde 4 is those blue title bars. Thats the only ugly thing in it in my opinion.

That is looking good.
KDE 4.0 had a very much unfinished feel to it.
