hi, please help me out.
i am using intel dual core mac. but i have windows also installed on that, i mean i am using dual operating systems (1) WINDOWS XP, (2) Mac OSx 10.4.8 . i have 4 usb slots at back (rear) and 2 slots on front. but i am not able to use any of my usb slots. it does'nt even say any error. i tried multicard reader and also pen drive (flash drive) nothing works. but all the usb slots works fine on windows. i tried IOUSBFamily.kext 2.6.1 (System Update for Intel based Macintosh Systems) update also but it did not help me. can anybody please let me know what the problem is.

What sort of a mac are you using? Mac pro, I would presume from your description
