OpenSUSE 11, KDE4, unadulterated.
snakeeyes
opensuse 11 is the second best OS after mac os x in my opinion, I mean the kde version, not gnome wink.gif

Debian Sid, but the distro doesn't really matter.
snakeeyes

Because the theme suite will work on any distro no matter what it is wink.gif
snakeeyes

Nice desktop, but why aren't u using kde 4.1? Its become very stable and seriously I think with some work by the suse devs on it, it will be alright for day to day use smile.gif

lol, for some reason I really like kde 4.1 more than aqua smile.gif

EDIT:

Though if u want to make your desktop look like OS X, u can do that easily with kde 3.5.9 and baghira, take a look at this screenshot:

http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/M...S?content=23535

Now baghira is in the suse repos as well, though I have never used it, u will have to learn to configure it yourself.

EDIT 2:
