Does anyone know of free hosting that has at least 3 mysql databases, php and 150+ MB of space and no ads? Domain requirements are no problem...?

X10Hosting. Has everything you asked for with their ad-free package, 300MB storage. PHP and I think 10 MySQL DBs + full cPanel and Fantastico. You can use their subdomain (e.g. yourname.x10hosting.com) or you can set up your own domain.
