Google fails me. OSx86 wiki fails me. Now you guys are my only help!

I am looking for a wireless PCI adaptor that will work with Leo4All, and I was hoping to buy it of Amazon.co.uk and save postage and packaging with some other items I wanted .

Can anybody help me?
