i doubt it would speed up boot time, extension.mkext contains only what is found suitable for your system and it is the only file loaded everytime, not the whole extensions folder

look in system profiler, what extensions are loaded.
if you dont have any special devices only sometimes plugged,
all you need for running is listed there.

run kextstat in terminal, you will get a list of kext files loaded for your current system.

Some kexts may be not loaded as it loads dynamically when needed.
You can safely delete all kexts with PowerPC architecture (look in Get Info). They are never works in hackintosh.
Very useful program to clean disk space is Monolingual. They erase all extra languages support except your needed and PowerPC codes from UniverssalBinary. I free 400Mb without any problems.

hi, great answers thanks!
so did someone experience faster bootup? what do you mean with dynamically? so it actually caches the kexts and it will not result in faster boot times so?
ahhh ok i just saw what you mentioned with extensions.mkext
