Hello all ...

I installed Leo4Allv3 10.5.2 on my HP Compaq Presario v6000. Wireless (3945 known issue) and dvd drive not working (was working in 10.4.9).

When I look into System Profiler, nothing is recognized under ATA devices.
DVD drive model is: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N Revision: WC05 On 2nd IDE channel (Disk1s2)

Thoughts? I'm fairly new to the Mac OS, but am getting familar with kexts.

In help/direction is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, but his DVD-ROM is running on an IDE port, not SATA. I tried the kext you just linked to, didn't help. I btw have the same problem in Leopard 10.5.2.
