finally I have my machine up and running. Since the gfxcard I had installed was a ATI x600 I used the onboard gfx, which works fine, but... I also have Windows running on this machine and would like to install a directx 10 gfxcard to play crysis on this computer. Can I upgrade the system without crshing OSx86. Which gfxcard should I take?

Depends on what resolution monitor you're gonna drive with it. 8600 GTs are getting real cheap, but are borderline for Crysis even at low resolutions. If you are gonna seriously game with this I'd be looking at a 8800 class card... and yes you can change cards without crashing your system.
