Hey guys i am having a problem... i installed leo4allv3 and i have no CD drive... no functions at all, read write yada yada yada.. I dont know where to begin with trouble shooting ive never had an issue with cd/dvd before.

My drive has worked perfect on v1 and kalaway2 and in tiger...

can anyone help me? atleast show me where to start?

Get yourselves an IDE to SATA converter for your DVD drive..

Make sure you set the jumpers for the DVD drive as MASTER

Next time you reboot it should be recognized...

thanks for the reply but that i cant see spening money when the CD drive worked perfectly in other versions? seems to me it would be a driver issue not a hardware... i guess if thats the best option ill just go back to V2hey guys installing this kext got my drive working again. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=88335
