Hi, I have some question, is there any working WLAN and LAN driver for my lap IBM R61i 8932-FDG?

WLAN:

8086:4227 - Pro/Wireless 3945ABG

LAN:

14e4:1693 - Netlink BCM 5787M Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express

You're SOL with the BCM5787M right now. Except for the 5701 there are no drivers for any Boadcom chips that start with BCM57. Not sure about the wireless device.
