I am very intereseted in the Dell E1705 laptop, but I also would like to have OS X on it working properly. It is only offered with the Intel 950 configuration, or with a Geforce 7800 Go card, which is not working well with OS X.
Do you know if there's any possible way to install a new display adapter on such a laptop?

Nope, you are out of luck. OSX I believe will work properly with the Intel 950 video configuration.
