#1859562 Autorotation & Positioning Problem

Posted by LooN3y on 10 October 2012 - 06:37 AM

When you normally look to check if the orientation, there is the type def UIDeviceOrientation that you can use and set equal to your current UIDevice orientation. I just churned out a sample code of it in Xcode a while ago to show you thanks for the example! i basically just put the original coding in to my viewdidload to get a short term fix, but thanks for the example, i do need to do it the right way for the long run.

#1828396 Whats Wrong With My Code? (Presenting Modal View)

Xcode might be iffy if you try to push a navigation controller on top of one that isn't already. Not to another storyboard just within that storyboard segue from that view controller to your navigation controller would be what I would do. You want me to elaborate a bit more on that or do you understand how to segue programatically? hmm for now, i just modally called the search view controller by button, just to get over the hump, i just want it to work first and foremost. thanks a lot though
