Mountain Lion on Asus UX32VD

Hello guys and happy holidays. I would like to install Mountain Lion on my PC by Asus UX32VD. I ask for clarification about the folowing component:
- Intel Core i5-3317U
- North Bridge: Intel Ivy Bridge-MB IMC -Southbridge intel id1e59
- Video: - Intel Graphics 4000 - : Nvidia Geforce GT620M
- Audio Realtek ALC269
- WiFi: Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6235
- USB 3.0
- Touchpad multitouch and keyboard

TouchPad Asus UX32VD

Hello to all. The touchpad on this computer (http://www.asus.it/N...ZENBOOK_UX32VD/ # specifications) is multitouch. installing Mountain Lion the trackpad is recognized as an apple device? I need to install some kext to use it as an apple trackpad

Connecting the Apple Trackpad this is recognized, it only works when scrolling (with a finger for instance). Instead, for the Multi-Touch gestures freezes and restarts after a few seconds, I have to install some kext?

Hello guys, the Mountain lion is quite slow to shut down and restart.
Activating the verboose I found the problem that I enclose in the picture, how do I fix?
