FakeSMC 1.4.9.1 problems

20 December 2012 - 05:38 PM

I just compiled FakeSMC from the Git repostiory, and in the log I get the following messages during boot:

and the follwing messages when updating the kernel cache:

12/20/12 11:16:59.218 AM com.apple.kextcache[1248]: GPUSensors.kext is not authentic; omitting.

12/20/12 11:16:59.222 AM com.apple.kextcache[1248]: FakeSMC.kext is not authentic; omitting.

I've checked the IOACPIFamily version, and it is indeed version 1.4.

What can I do to fix this?  Is this a bug?

iCloud problem

29 July 2012 - 03:42 PM

I'm constantly receiving the following messages in the system log:

Quote

com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[261]: (com.apple.ubd[523]) Exited with code: 254
com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[261]: (com.apple.ubd) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

I've tried deleting the com.apple.ubd.plist file from ~/Library/Preferences to no avail.

What can I do to stop this?

com.apple.ubd problem

28 July 2012 - 02:34 PM

My log keeps filling with the following:

Quote

7/28/12 7:03:26.135 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[261]: (com.apple.ubd[523]) Exited with code: 254
7/28/12 7:03:26.135 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[261]: (com.apple.ubd) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

I've tried opening "Keychain Access", searching for "ubiquity", and then changing all the certificates to "Always Trust" to no avil.

How can I stop this?
