Would someone post an IOReg and the DSDT from the Asus 1201n, please. I'm working on getting the HDMI Audio working on the MCP79 and would like to compare some things and see if my DSDT patches work for the 1201n.

I need the IOReg from IORegistryExplorer>Save as...., not as a text file, please.

I hope this is what you need.

I'm getting this error. I can only boot up with the boot mode we use when installing.

Any tips?

I think you didn't follow the first page manual properly. Where does realtek kext come from? (I do not know if you are aware but this netbook uses atheros 10/100 LAN Card)

replace ssdt-4 in efi partition with this

Thanks a lot. I've read the hole thread a couple of times i do not know how i missed that.

Now AirPort is Back, and in this little nightmare I rebranded the card so now it has better compatiblity so, not a waste of time after all.

Thank you for posting a reply after you found the solution, lots of people don't do that.

I on the other hand took the solution of rebranding my dw1510 to an airport card.

I think my last statment was false, 14e4:432b, is listed in a dieferent plugin. I've rolled back original kexts and use the solution you point me, rebranding dell dw1510 using codes from os x latitude. Ref: http://forum.osxlati...nstalled/page-2

Now lspci shows what it shut but wifi stil fails to work at all.

lspci -vnn -d 14e4:
07:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller [14e4:432b] (rev 01)

Hi, as far as I can tell my prior problem was caused by a bad EFI and a wired GPT table. I have repartitioned the whole drive and reinstalled os x, windows and gentoo, but dell DW1510 is working on booth Windows and Linux but is not Mavericks, has anyone faced the same problem on asus 1201n??

Any help will be very apreciated.

After cheking /IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleAirPortBrcm4311.kext/Contents/Info.plist i've found that my pci id is missing

After adding it and run KextUtility to fix permissions deleting NetworkInterfaces.plist to force recheck nothing is working.
