I now did and working 10.8.2 or 10.8.3 without glitches artifacts !!!
1) Video with artifacts - no_efi_5770.rom.mp4 - because it is no_efi_5770.rom ! It is i add in aty,bin_image standard 5770.rom.hex in EvOEnabler.kext !
2)Video without artifacts - 5770.efi.mp4.zip - because with efi_5770.rom ! It is i add in aty,bin_image official 5770.efi.rom.hex in EvOEnabler.kext !!!

You think it is problem only mach_kernel ??? Or problem drivers???!!!

Hey buddy - I have a Radeon HD 5750, same series as the 5770, would it be possible for me to achieve the same result in 10.8.2/10.8.3 on my machine using this method?  Can I get details from you?!  Thanks man.  Great work as always.

@Bronya - So I've been running the RC8 kernel because it has been the only compatible kernel with my Phenom II X6, until now.  I installed and tested RC15 successfully, but I really don't notice anything different at this point.  Much appreciation for all your hard work - I was just curious what exactly had been updated or changed on RC15?

In Topic: X3100 to work without sleep trick

07 May 2013 - 02:42 AM

Hello.  I have a Dell XPS M1330 with the Intel X3100 chipset.  I have a fully working display without using the sleep trick.  The key is DSDT editing.  I downloaded a DSDT from a thread that works perfectly.  The only problem I'm having now is that I can't get the system to go to sleep.  All of my USB devices are detected as internal, and I don't really know what else to check.  Any ideas?  When I go to sleep, it wakes up instantly to a black screen, from which I can't recover without a hard reboot.  Thanks.

If anyone wants to give my DSDT a go, let me know.  I'll link it here.

Hey guys.  10.7.5 still running strong for me.  Just curious... is there an AMD cpu temp sensor kext somewhere to monitor my temps?  Just wondering... never found one before.  Thanks guys!

When you searched for display that is the address that came through? Sounds right... gimme 5 mins
Do you know your frame buffer?

Edit: Got one I want you to test.. Just put it in /Extra/ and you should be set, I hope you are not using voodoohda, applehdadisabler or modified or deleted applehda,,,

waiting for you to test it

Hey man...  Any chance I could get you to help me out with USB patching for sleep?  I have immediate wake up after sleep, due to:

Apr 18 19:38:16 Davids-Mac-Pro-2 kernel[0]: Wake reason = UHC1 UHC2 USB4 UHC5 UHC7

Any chance you could point me in the right direction to get my devices patched so my sleep will work?  I had it working using some old 10.6 IOUSBFamily.kext's, but that was causing USB issues.  Thanks in advance!!!
