I havent tried installing OSX on my maschine just yet but I will deff try it out not when I've read your guide.

I have one question thou.
I have a Soundcard (PCI) M-Audio Delta 1010LT.
This card is supported for OSX and driver can be downloaded from m-audios homepage.
If I install OSX with this guide, can I install the drivers for the PCI card and it will work?

no u cant use midiman pci driver to install M-Audio Delta 1010LT...di only driver work is envy24

but when you use envy24 driver you cant use your midiman with protools m powered, protools wont recognize your midiman 1010LT...the only solution is use buy midiman firewire410 or other cheaper midiman usb/firewire audio interface.

10 ways to install snow leo on Abit IX38 Motherboard

OK guys...Snow leo instalation method:

1.Go to bios setting-->Set all sata to AHCI

2.Download empire efi here--> http://www.mediafire.com/?m5g14umln2w

3.burn empire efi disk and startup your computer form empire efi disk wait for led on your dvd room drive stop
blinking-->eject your cd and insert snow leopard retail DVD-->press F5 key after a few second you will see your snow leo DVD listed on empire efi boot loader-->select your snow leo DVD icon and wait until installation finish-->
do i have to tell you to format using GUID partition table? ok format using GUID.
make a cup of coffie.

4.after your installation finish restart and again startup you hackintosh with empire efi cd-->install chameleon 2.0 rc4 to your Macintosh HD--> http://www.4shared.c..._20_RC4pkg.html

5.Put the extra folder to root of your drive--> http://www.4shared.c...e244/Extra.html

6.update your snow leo to 10.6.2 ,safari etc after update finish..do not restart your computer put this file to S/L/E-->

in extra folder you will see MY DSDT.aml file... if you use q6600 processor.you can directly use my dsdt code , but if use other than q6600 you have to generate your own dsdt.dsl and replace with my code right after your proscessor section.

what my dsdt do:
1.CMOS RESET=Fix
2.Add ALC888 Onboard audio
3.Add DTGP Method
4.Onboard network work


DSDT things that need to be fix
1.Native sata
2.Native USB
3.Add Hpet so we can use native Appleintelcpupowermanagement.kext
4.SBRG this will lower your CPU temperature when using Native speedstep

C'mon dsdt EXPERT....lest build better dsdt.aml file together.
