#2073670 Thunderbolt Firmware Update 1.2 doesn't seem to install from App Store

I successfully hid the Thunderbolt update 1.2 under Yosemite. To do that use the softwareupdate command (no need to do a sudo).  Because putting the latest firmware revision in SMBIOS worked for Mavericks but not for Yosemite.Best answer

#2065233 BT handoff compatible

Is it PCI or USB? If it's USB, it simply won't work regardless of support status...But for laptops, bluetooth is connected to USB bus through minipice slot. And I have seen real Mac's internal bluetooth module shown as USB interface. Wonder where do you find USB not working?

#2053274 OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

i think it is WiFi card issue. with Atheros cards don't work but with BCM 4360 cards. is what I've noticed so far.I have bcm94352 card, and handoff was working in ios8 beta4 and previous versions. But beta5 just ruins everything. It seems ios8 beta5 having problem using handoff with Yosemite public beta even for real Mac, which is a known issue. For me, handoff stop working since dp5 and ios8 beta5. So I think it would be a global issue, not just me.

#2036091 Continuity

update: bcm94352 at mini PCIe port works fine with new Airdrop and handoff, but not stable though. And under system info, it says handoff and continuity unsupported. But in fact all work fine. Skvo also did some rest with similar result. Hope it will help you guys.

Yes, please use the debug build and send me the kernel logs. Mieze First connection is around Feb 22 21:55:09, which is before sleep, so it works fine. Then did sleep and wake, plug ethernet to computer, but did not have Internet. Attached Files  system.log.zip 72.69KB 10 downloads

Updated and the only issue is that annoying-forever-always-keep-update-but-nothing-improved Applehda! Just install old applehda and wait someone releasing newer version, so lame lol

#1958693 GenericUSBXHCI USB 3.0 driver for OS X with source

Posted by lisai9093 on 26 October 2013 - 11:09 AM

hey, the driver is not working properly under 10.9. I'm using intel 7-series board, hm77 specifically. With kext installed, USB3 ports can recognize usb2.0 devices perfectly, but not my USB3 portable hard disk. i tried 1.2.6, 1.2.7 but no luck. The kext works fine under 10.8. Any idea what should I do? Thx!
