In Topic: [How-To] Get Broadcom Wireless and Do the Switch Trick on 10.4.8

18 September 2010 - 04:34 AM

I'm surprised that this made it to the Genius Bar. I haven't had a Hackint0sh since 2009 because the hard drive died and now I have my Macbook and I made this Tutorial when I was a freshmen in High School around 15 years old. I am now almost 19 years old and I am glad this has helped a lot of people. I made this is because on some Tutorials were not really crystal clear on directions so I made this to help Newcomers to the OS X world. And Thank you for these recent inputs.

In Topic: how to get hacintosh of mac osx puma?

15 November 2009 - 08:41 PM

@gauravsuneja: You CANNOT Install Puma at all, even under Leopard. Its either purchase a PPC Macintosh on eBay or Boot into Windows and Run PearPC which is VERY slow and takes like 20 minutes to open the most basic application due to Translating PPC > Intel x86.

In Topic: What are you running Windows 7 on?

01 November 2009 - 12:42 PM

I have Windows 7 Home Premium running on these two:

1. MacBook (Late 2009, Before the Mini-Display Port)
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz
2GB DDR2 800 MHz
nVidia 9400M

2. HP Entertainment Slimline Pavilison s7613w
AMD Athlon 64 x2 2.6GHz
nVidia nForce 4
nVidia GeForce 6150 LE (quite sluggish on transitions like Aero Flip, minimising and maximising)
2GB DDR2 667 MHz

All my drivers work on both. All the latest :) Have no problems and works flawlessly :)
