Need help. GTX650 Ti Mountain lion - crashes

Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti 2Gb

ML 10.8.2
GeForce drivers  304.00.05f02
Cuda drivers
GraphicEnabler=NO

Graphic card is recognised ok, and works fine  (2 monitors) until system randomly restarts, 1 to 3 minutes after start.


I have tested the graphic card on another computer running windows, and it works great, no crashes.
My system works normally with an old card gtx260.

I need help to figure out what might be the problem.

Step where I boot from prepared usb gets to some point and gets stuck. I have to hard reset, and cmos resets every time.

On my Usb there are following files (attached image 1)


and the boot process gets to here (image 2)




My specs: 10.6.8./ Gigabyte Ex58-ud5 F12 / i7-920 / 12Gb DDR3 / GTX260
