x79 Sabertooth Build Help Please (Audio & USB)

I have ML 10.8.2 running on my Asus x79 Sabertooth build and have a few issues.

- Audio - Using this LINK, I have audio but audio controls are grayed out.

- USB 3.0 - Heard this didn't work but wanted to confirm.

- cpus=1 - Heard there was a fix for this but haven't found solid info on it yet.

Please help.

Lenovo X220 & Lenovo T430 & X230

I have the three lenovos mentioned in the title. Can anyone assist me with getting these working? I'm working on the x220 now and i have gotten 10.8.2 installed using ##### but have no internet, audio and several other things to look into.

Tried using this guide but have had some issues getting assistance.
