Ok so for a couple months now ive been trying to install OSx86 on my Gateway DX-4300 and ive never gotten a clear guide on how to do so. So i'm looking for anyone that could point me to a guide and distro or someone that could walk me through the installation process. Here are my computers specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom x4 9750
RAM: 8GB DDR2
Motherboard: Gateway RS780 (AM2) I believe it has another name like the foxconn something
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4600
HDD:1.0 TB formatted in MBR
Disc drive: HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH08LS20
Network: Marvell Yukon 88E8071 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Any version of OSx would be acceptable. I just want to get it running.

Also i run Linux and windows 7 on my pc so i can use any tools made for those two OS'es
