Problem with iAtkos L2

HARDWARE PC:

-ASRock H61M-S
-Intel Celeron G540 2,50Ghz
-4 GB RAM KINGSTON

On iATKOS startup, the computer blocks on the apple screen, with the loading animation.
What's the problem?
