So almost everything is running as expected except for 2 things - resolution and internet. Right now, resolution isn't too big of a problem, but the main thing for me is to get internet working.
My Intel WiFi Link 4965AGN has no kexts for it so I guess it's unusable until further developments, so it's down to my Broadcom NetLink Ethernet.
Mac recognises the ethernet, but when I plug the cable in, I get a "Self assigned IP" and I get no internet.
How should I go about to fix this?
I used the 5701Ethernet.kext. I found this in the Extensions folder.
Thanks!

Successful Install of Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.2 by Hazard on Acer Extensa 5620G

Hey guys!
I'm excited I finally got OS X installed on my PC, but with a couple or important things to work on.
Firstly, I'll start of with my existing problems.
1. I can't get my laptop keyboard and touchpad working. I clearly remember checking the "Laptop Support" box at the install screen, that included PS/2 fixes, though it still doesn't work. I have read about the P2/S fixes on the forums here. I am keen to try those kexts.
2. Resolution. My native resolution on my laptop is 1280x800. I have a feeling it is my ATi graphic chip, so I'm still working on finding a fix for that.
My current laptop setup is:
Manufacturer: Acer
Model: Extensa 5620G
CPU: Intel Core2Duo 2.1Ghz
RAM: 4GB DDR2 RAM
HDD: 250GB SATA HDD (Currently, 110GB Windows 7 Partition, 92GB NFTS HDD for storage, 20GB Mac OS X Partition)
GPU: ATi Mobility Radeon HD 2400XT 256mb
My bootloader is Chameleon RC4.
If you guys have any suggestions to fix my two issues, that would be hugely appreciated!
If requested, I'll post my steps to make the installation work.
Thanks guys!
