I attained an AAS degree in CIS w/ emphasis in Net Admin in '03 and a few months after attained a class A CDL for OTR driving. After 6 yrs of driving trucks and 6 months of being unemployed, I'm getting myself back into school to get a BAS degree in CIS. I believe I was a bit hasty (and naive) in getting the CDL, when I should have stayed in school to get the BAS right after attaining the AAS.
Since being unemployed, my interest in conforming my laptop using a Linux distribution. My ultimate goal was/is to get fully away from Windows and still be able to use itunes and a couple of other programs that are only created to work on Windows and Mac pc-s. So I searched and learned of this "OSX86Project", and thought "Ok, I'll give it a whirl" on my HP Pavilion dv6835nr laptop. So here I am. Snow Leopard is installed but not fully functional yet. It is a work in progress.
