There is also natit.kext as injector, it work for a lot of cards.
You could download this, you will find one kext for each vram size.

Also, instead of PXHCD.kext you can try CalDigitFastIO.kext and CalDigitUSBxHCI.kext. (you may have to use IOUSBfamilyRollback with)

Hi,
Mountain Lion natively support Power Management on Ivy-Bridge CPU.
NullCpuPM.kext should not be needed, are you sure that KP come from AICPM.kext ?
For Turbo-Boost, you have to enable it from bios settings.

Hi
I had a problem too for boot up my system after 10.8.2 update.
For fix the problem I did replaced AppleACPIPlatform.kext by the previous version, this one if it may help you.
