Same problem as you. Lion 10.7.2 with original kexts and chimera 1.6 (which supports hd 5650).
I've tried to upgrade my bios machine from 1.04 to 1.26. Nothing.
With external VGA it's perfect.
Do you have any news?
Some people talks about dual link patch of DSDT but i really don't know what it could be.
