Firstly I want to say thanks for your detailed instruction for the board. This thread helps me a lot for my build.
 
But one thing i want to ask you is about rc scripts.
For me that would not work at startup.
 
Typing manually sudo /etc/rc.local & rc.shutdown.local in terminal, I can get the logs and EFI mounting. Nvram contents is saved with Emuvariables.

EDIT: I'm using 15r bios.

i have this warning.
But firewire its working great.
I use i alot with 3 camers 2 are sony and one canon soo i dont care for this warning since all working.

OK, Thank! I'd better to take it easy. Not having Firewire device now, i will disable iofirewirefamily.

But a question.
Don't you have "FireWire GUID 0000000000000000 is invalid!" without CMS?
I got the message even i disable IEEE1394 in BIOS.

With csm disabled u will get load efi vga driver witch will set max resolution in clover,with enabled u get bios vga loaded.

Soo its good idea for trying updated vga bioses and try it.

I'm just searching around what prevents from sys sleep.
After read your reply, I just confirmed erasing plugins seems no relations to that...
