#1934232 Clover General discussion

Posted by tonydickinson on 24 July 2013 - 03:25 AM

Yeah I've been trying over there but that thread doesn't seem to contain an answer for me.There could be other threads or perhaps here dedicated to Nvidia, as the community has a lot of people who know what they are doing. I honestly do not know and do not wish to waste your time. Sorry I wish I could think of something sensible. Just had a thought - you might need to add the vendor ID and the Device ID to S/L/E/AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext/Contents/info.plist - I doubt this will help although when it does work you will need that anyway. Could also be that you need the Nvidia info in your DSDT, as there are a few around for your board. You could also try a different profile like iMac12,2 or 13,2 - Just thinking aloud...

Open a new thread and with great detail explain what the system is doing. Then post your DSDT and IOreg (From IOreg App) and see what other users say. You could try manually testing the different sleep modes in the BIOS by enabling only one at a time an see which ones work. Try S1 and S3 first.

I will take a look at the DSDT today and get back to you.
